Welding machine

Welding machine there are two kinds, namely:

1. welding machine DC (direct current - direct current welding machine)
2. welding machine AC (alternating current - welding machine alternating current)
Second wiring, the DC welding machine can be adjusted / made into a DCSP or DCRP.

If the cable is connected to pola negative electrode machine, and the cable is connected to the positive polar called straight polarity relationships (DCSP)
In DCSP relationships, resulting heat, heat the third electrode and two-thirds of the workpiece heating.

Workpiece means receives more heat from the electrode.

If the cable is connected to positive polar electrode machine, and the cable is connected negative polar to polarity it is called the best relationship (DCRP)
notes:
DCSP = Straight Polarity direct current
Direct current DCRP = revers Polarity

DCRP relationship, heat arising, two-thirds and one third electrodes heats the workpiece heating. Means of electrodes receives more heat from the workpiece

When used D.C.R.P, it?
This depends on:
- Workpiece material
- Position welding
- Coating materials and electrode
- The desired penetration

In AC welding machines, cables and wires of the electrode can be exchanged without affecting the heat changes arising in flame arc.
The benefits of D.C machines include:
- Arc flame is stable
- Can use the electrode coated and not coated
- Can weld thin plates in relation DCRP
- Can be used to weld in places where the damp and narrow

The benefits of AC machines, among others:

- Arc small flame, so minimize the possibility of porous emergence ridge on ridge-weld
- Equipment and maintenance is cheaper

Large current in the welding can be regulated by means of adjustment, with interesting detours or press the handle, depending on construction.
Amperes produced large machines can be seen on the scale amperes.
Settings

Especially for things big, good enchaining required to facilitate the setting hem. Besides the possibility of changing the form of heat due to take place during welding can be avoided / reduced. This requires in particular:
- Clamp C
- Wedge
- Bolts
- Bridges
- Chain
- And so on
